Hibiscus-derived natural red pigment, anthocyanin-based natural colorant.

60,000 mu cultivation base × international certification. Safe, stable, and high pigmentation natural anthocyanin pigment derived from hibiscus. Suitable for beverages, confections, and dairy products.

This product, "Hibiscus Red Color," is a natural coloring agent derived from hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa) and belongs to the anthocyanin category. As a plant-based food-compatible colorant, it achieves stable coloration ranging from vibrant red to purple. It is highly water-soluble and suitable for a wide range of food applications, including acidic beverages, confections, and dairy products. We own contract cultivation bases equivalent to approximately 60,000 mu, and we rigorously enforce pesticide-free practices, contamination management, and variety selection. This allows us to ensure a stable supply of high-quality hibiscus from the raw material stage. Our manufacturing complies with international standards, and we have obtained various certifications including ISO9001, FSSC22000, FDA registration, organic certification, HALAL, and Kosher. Our quality management system has a proven track record in OEM/ODM projects for beverage manufacturers, confectionery manufacturers, and dairy product manufacturers both domestically and internationally. This product is available in both powder and liquid forms, and it has high water solubility, allowing for stable coloring even under acidic conditions. It is also ideal as a substitute for artificial colorants and for the development of clean label and organic products.
